just came back from cycling alone, needed some time to think bout stuff, as well as heed an advice from a friend. this afternoon went over to my grandma's place to pay respects to my grandad who's death anniversary turned 4 today. yeah im a christian im a catholic and cant hold joss sticks? i dont give a damn, cause if you dont respect my grandfather, i do thus making your opinions invalid. cycling today was really nice, pushed myself to the limits, went to labrador park, cycled to the jetty, under nice warm sun which ray's reflected over the water. really nice sight =) admired those people fishing for i have never had the patience to do so.
apparently, word up is that whenever i have a problem from now on, alcohol isnt the solution to it, it'll only make you feel worse =) yeah. she managed to talk some sense into me. her personal experience, being an alcholic for 10 years, more or less a zombie, cause she lost her kids. Im sorry about that =(. but she advised me to go sweat it out instead and it worked!
